FAN PROJECT

I know a lot of people are feeling rather helpless about Daishi's situation right now, and from talking with some of you there's a lot of interest in wanting to show Daishi that he still has fans that care. In that spirit, I am organizing a fanbook for him. I believe that projects like this are important, not only to the person they are for, but for the fans themselves.

Criteria:

+ Artwork/letters must be flat paper printed 8 1/2 x 11. Do not fold your paper!

+ If writing a letter, please rely on a friend who can translate Japanese (avoid babelfishiness if you can) or use simple, concise English.

+ No porno please XD

+ Anything insulting or offensive will not be accepted.

A friend and I were just talking about this last night. I will most definitely be contributing whatever I can to show Daishi how much we all love him and support him. Thank you so much for organizing this.

I drew a picture of him for art just the other day! If only I hadn't handed it in... Oh well, I will draw MANY MANY more pretty things for Daishi! As the person above said, thank you for putting this together! Daishi needs support right now.

We should do a side project to go with everyone submissions~ a photo album with everyone showing off their bracelet!! ^^

I'm going to send something~ ♥ I'll try getting a friend to translate a letter, or I could ask my Japanese teacher when my lessons start ^^;

I'm gonna make a Japanese/English letter to him with stupid little doodles and stuff on it. :D; If I tried to draw something seriously, I don't think it would be worthy.

...oooh, and would it be possible to send the money for my bracelets with my letter? :o It would be easier for me (if it doesn't cause you any problems, that is). =S I'm gonna send them (both) out this weekend, either way. :3

This is such a good idea. And your reasoning behind it is all so sound and thoughtful (i.e. the fact that this project will be as important for the fans as it will be for him). Daishi's lucky to have such a great mod running his lj community. ^_^

YOU CAN BET YOUR BUTT SUBMISSIONS WILL BE A COMIN'! Luna and I will kick our butts into high gear. :D

Do you know where you're sending it to? I don't know if the old fanclub address will still work.. i mean i would assume it would- and hopefully they will be able to foward it to him, jails can be pretty strict on shit >_>

any way, i'll try to write or draw something up for him as well ^_^
